My first real wreck today. Busted through the rear window of a cab. Luckily got my elbows up. Coulda been way worse. No, but it was my fault, I was going too fast. Ugh. I tried to be healthy and take a jog around my block and in the park near my house, buttt after like 15 minutes I had to head back home because it was exhausting. THERE ARE HILLS WHERE I LIVE. ALL OVER. I did okay on the straight paths, but uphill (and downhills) killed me.
